We do this by delivering both standard and custom manufactured products for solving thermal management design goals. Our mission is to meet both the technical and business requirements of our clients.
Our work lends itself to using many different materials and technologies. The most common activities include providing standard and custom solutions using aluminum, copper and combinations of each. Past projects and designs have included embedded copper, embedded heat pipes, cold-plates, active heat sinks, water cooled applications and other creative techniques.
Our engineers and staff work with many industries but our current clients come from datacom/telecom, military, power and medical device businesses.
