Embedded Copper

The embedded copper plate acts as a highly efficient heat spreader. It helps move the heat away from the local source to other remote areas of the heat sink.  This allows for quick dissipation and improves overall thermal performance of the heat sink.  Both the aluminum fins and copper base are forged at the same time into one piece.  This help produce the best metal-to-metal contact and minimizes the thermal resistance. The forging process creates a tight molecular structure which also enhances thermal performance and allows almost unlimited footprint and shape options to help meet specific project requirements.
